Programmable
When in program mode, if the user fails to turn food when prompted, the power will automatically reduce to the minimum level to prevent the food from burning. Well after the unit has cooled the control panel will turn itself off if no buttons have been touched for four hours.
Key Pad
Key Lock prevents accidental changes to your cooking program by locking the control panel when in use.

Rotisserie Cooking (*Model BPC-2007 only)
Flip up the dual element to convert it to a vertical rotisserie element. This eliminates flare-ups and excessive smoking, delivering evenly cooked, juicy results every time. This unique features the high heat elements next to your food for great results.
Grill Skillet
The cast iron construction of the optional grill skillet provides excellent heat retention, and its enamel coating makes for easy clean up. It’s ideal for vegetables, shrimp and other delicate or small foods.
Hot Dog Cooker (Models TBQ-120-DLX & TBQ-120-REG only)
Ball park style roller makes perfect hot dogs without the need to constantly check and turn them. Stainless steel construction provides durability and easy clean-up.
