turkey breast cut into strips<br />

<h2>Instructions</h2>
<ol>
<li>In large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add onion and sauté until soft and golden. Stir in chili sauce, ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar and paprika.  Reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes. Pour into large baking dish.</li>
<li>Thread turkey strips onto skewers.</li>
<li>With your PowerChef electric grill on manual mode, allow the grill to pre-heat at full power (level 6); place turkey on grill and grill for 2 to 3 minutes per side until no longer pink.</li>
<li>Place turkey skewers in barbecue sauce and coat completely. Bake at 350 deg. F (180 deg. C) 30 minutes.</li>

<h2>Instructions</h2>
<ol>
<li>Flatten turkey steaks to 3/8 inch (6 mm) thickness; brush with butter</li>
<li>In a small bowl mix together Cajun seasoning ingredients.  Sprinkle over both sides of turkey to coat well.</li>
<li>With your PowerChef electric grill on manual mode, allow the grill to pre-heat at full power (level 6); place turkey pieces on grill and grill for 3 to 4 minutes per side to seal in the juices.</li>
<li>Reduce the power level to medium-high (4 bars) and grill for another 5 to 10 minutes per side.</li>

<h2>Instructions</h2>
<ol>
<li>Whisk marinade together in medium size bowl by combining soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, cumin and paprika.</li>
<li>Place chicken thighs in glass bowl or resealable plastic bag and pour marinade over. On outside of bag, massage marinade into the chicken. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours or preferably overnight.</li>
<li>With your PowerChef electric grill on manual mode, allow the grill to pre-heat at full power (level 6).</li>
<li>Place chicken thighs on grill and grill for about 25 minutes, turning once, until fully cooked and browned – or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).</li>

<h2>Instructions</h2>
<ol>
<li>Combine all ingredients (except the buns) in a large mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly with a fork. Form into 4 equally-sized burgers, about 4-inches (10 cm) wide. Cover and refrigerate if not grilling immediately.</li>
<li>With your PowerChef electric grill in Manual mode, allow the grill to pre-heat to medium-high (level 4). Lightly oil grill bars with vegetable oil.</li>
<li>Place pork burgers on grill, and grill 8 – 10 minutes per side, turning once, until completely cooked with no trace of pink.</li>
<li>Serve on buns with the usual burger toppings: bacon, mustard, mayo, tomatoes, onions, lettuce. Or try something a little more daring: grilled Portobello mushrooms, soft goat cheese, roasted peppers, arugula leaves or black olive tapenade.</li>

<h2>Instructions</h2>
<ol>
<li>Combine steak sauce, honey and orange juice concentrate in sealable freezer bag. Set aside ½ cup (125 mL).</li>
<li>Add meat to bag, seal and toss meat to coat. Refridgerate for 30 minutes. Discard marinade from beef. Alternately, thread beef, red pepper and pineapple chunks onto skewers.</li>
<li>With your PowerChef electric grill on manual mode, allow the grill to pre-heat at full power (level 6). Grill kabobs about 3 minutes per side or untill medium-rare, basting with reserved marinade near end of cooking.</li>
<li>Garnish with chives. Serve skewers with remaining marinade for dipping.</li>
